Action Towing and Recovery is expanding our team and looking for motivated, reliable professionals to join our Towing & Recovery Division. With over 35 years of trusted service across New England, we offer a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your skills make a difference every day.

Open Positions:

Tow Truck Operators (Light & Medium Duty)

• Operate flatbed and wheel-lift tow trucks

• Respond to breakdowns, accident scenes, and property tows

• Maintain safety, professionalism, and customer service

Heavy Rotator Operators

• Operate heavy-duty rotator and recovery units

• Perform complex recoveries, rollovers, and equipment transport

• Must have experience with heavy-duty towing and DOT compliance

Dispatchers

• Coordinate incoming calls, driver assignments, and service requests

• Communicate with law enforcement, customers, and field staff

• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in high-pressure situations

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (CDL for heavy operators preferred)

• Clean driving record

• DOT medical card

• Prior towing or dispatch experience preferred (we will train the right candidate)

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Must pass background check and drug screening
